FALL MISSION CALENDAR

God is Good…All the Time! We can make a difference for our neighbors around the world.

This Fall, our monthly mission partners are focused on local, national, and global opportunities for service. Get INVOLVED! Here are ways you can help! 

PPPC SHOE DRIVE

TURNING SHOES INTO OPPORTUNITY – SOLES4SOULStransforms unwanted shoes and clothing into opportunities by providing relief, creating jobs, and supporting microbusinesses in developing countries. We make it easy to donate your shoes.  Please bring in your gently used shoes, boots, sneakers (tied together with a string), and drop them off in the marked bins in the North Hall in the church. Tell your friends and family to donate as well! For more info check out soles4souls.org. 

CHURCH WORLD SERVICES -  HYGIENE KITS

Help provide hope and dignity to someone when they need it most. When you share a CWS Hygiene Kit, you show a tremendous amount of love and support to our neighbors around the world. CWS will share these kits on your behalf to communities in need.  Below are the items needed:

·        Washcloths

·        Wide-tooth combs – packaging removed. (Found at discount dealers like Sally Beauty, Amazon, Dollar Tree). Must be sturdy with at least 6” of teeth. No pocket combs or picks. Rattail and combs without handles are acceptable.

·        Fingernail or toenail clippers (Either one is acceptable)

·        Bath-size bars of soap in the original package

·        Toothbrushes in the original package

·        Travel-size deodorant (3.4 oz. or less, non-aerosol)

·        Travel-size lotion (3.4 oz. or less, fragrance-free, NEW only)

·        Travel-size shampoo (3.4 oz or less, NEW only)

·        Travel-size toothpaste (3.4 oz or less, expiration date of 1 year)

Please note: The CWS Hygiene Kit now includes travel-sized shampoo, deodorant, lotion, and toothpaste, making it more practical for people on the move or in temporary shelters. These updates ensure the kits meet immediate needs with greater care and relevance.

Drop off items in the bins provided in the North Hall, August 30ththrough Oct. 23rd, 2026.
